Partner Program Terms

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and run an audience (newsletter, community, channel, or site) that fits prediction markets, forecasting, crypto, or data-driven analytics. Applications are reviewed and approved case by case, usually within 48 hours once your audience is verified.

2. Commission

• 50% recurring, lifetime — paid on every successful subscription payment for as long as your referred customer keeps paying.
• Monthly ($29) earns you $14.50 per payment; annual ($239) earns ~$119.50 per renewal.
• Commission is calculated on cleared revenue, net of refunds, chargebacks, and processing fees. If a payment is later refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed.

3. Attribution

You receive a unique referral link and a promo code. Referrals are tracked by a 90-day last-click cookie; a promo code used at checkout attributes the sale regardless of cookie and takes precedence. You may not refer yourself or use your own code on your own subscription.

4. Payouts

Paid monthly, with no minimum threshold. Each commission is released only after the underlying payment clears its refund window (about 30 days), then paid via Payoneer, PayPal, or crypto (USDC).

5. Partner perks

Approved partners get free lifetime Pro access to TrueOdds and an optional content library (reels, signal-card templates, brand assets). Using the library is optional; you may create your own content within the rules below.

6. Content rules

Do: frame TrueOdds as an AI analytics and education tool for prediction markets, use its real features, and disclose the affiliate relationship where required (for example, #ad).

Don't: promise or imply guaranteed profits, returns, or income; call it betting or gambling or give financial or investment advice; target minors or restricted jurisdictions (respect Polymarket's eligibility rules); or use spam, misleading claims, fake scarcity, or trademark bidding on "TrueOdds."

7. Changes and termination

Either party may end the partnership at any time. Commissions already earned on valid past referrals are honored; future commissions stop on termination. Violations of these terms (including self-referrals or prohibited content) may forfeit unpaid commissions.
