By accessing or using TrueOdds ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

TrueOdds provides data-driven analysis and signals for prediction markets, including but not limited to:

• Fair value estimates generated by AI models
• Smart money and whale activity tracking
• Market analysis and trading signals
• Alert notifications via Telegram or other channels

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the then-current rate. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our data or algorithms
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our signals or analysis

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to analysis algorithms, fair value models, signal methodologies, text, graphics, and software, are owned by TrueOdds and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueOdds and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or any trading decisions made based on our information. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueOdds and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrueOdds operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
