Service: TrueOdds (www.trueodds.win), a subscription analytics and research tool for public prediction markets.
Operated from: Israel. TrueOdds is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Polymarket or any other trading venue.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TrueOdds ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
TrueOdds provides data-driven analysis and signals for prediction markets, including but not limited to:
- Fair value estimates generated by AI models
- Smart money and whale activity tracking
- Market analysis and trading signals
- Alert notifications via Telegram or other channels
TrueOdds is software only. We do not accept, hold, or transmit customer funds, do not place or execute trades on your behalf, and do not operate a market or accept wagers. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or gaming operator. Any trading you choose to do happens on a third-party venue under that venue's own terms, and we have no relationship with or control over it.

The information provided by TrueOdds is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. You should not make any trading or investment decisions based solely on our signals or analysis.
Risk of Loss
Trading in prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You could lose some or all of your investment. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
5. Subscription and Billing
Pricing: TrueOdds Pro costs $29 per month, or $239 per year when billed annually. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your country. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.
Free Trial Converts to a Paid Subscription
The 3-day free trial requires a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically at the end of the 72-hour trial period and your payment method is charged $29 (monthly) or $239 (annual) for the plan you selected. You can cancel at any point during the trial at no charge from your account settings, and you keep full access until the trial expires.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the then-current rate. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Cancellation, Refunds and Billing Disputes
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings, without needing to contact us or give a reason. Cancelling during the 3-day trial means you are never charged. Cancelling on a paid plan stops all future charges immediately; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds: TrueOdds is a digital service with no physical goods, shipping or returns. Because the free trial gives full access before any charge, and because cancellation is self-serve at any time, we do not issue refunds for periods already billed, and we do not prorate partial billing periods.
Billing disputes: If you believe you were charged in error, were charged after cancelling, or were charged an incorrect amount, email support@trueodds.win with the email address on your account. We aim to respond within two business days and will correct any billing error on our side, including refunding an erroneous charge in full. Please contact us before filing a card chargeback so we have a chance to fix it directly.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or subscription access with others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our data or algorithms
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage
- Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our signals or analysis
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to analysis algorithms, fair value models, signal methodologies, text, graphics, and software, are owned by TrueOdds and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueOdds and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or any trading decisions made based on our information. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueOdds and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrueOdds operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
